Returns
We stand behind every product. If you’re not 100 % satisfied:
- Start a return at /apps/returns within 30 days of delivery.
- We’ll email a prepaid label (U.S. customers).
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once items are inspected (allow 3‑5 business days).
Exceptions
Opened supplements, perishable items, and final‑sale clearance goods are not eligible for return unless defective.
For warranty issues beyond 30 days, email support@puregoodsllc.com—many items carry a 1‑year manufacturer warranty.
